The eartip should be slightly rounded, the auricle line is a bit too long and straight.
The endings of her leg shape lines should be tapered, not rounded.
The shapes of her head, her hind leg and her tail are slightly wrong, a show reference would help here.
You did a good job with the stroke thickness in general, but there are some inaccurate spots. The stroke at the middle streak of her tail is too thin and the stroke in the middle of her wing should be as thick as the stroke around it. There are also some differences between the head mane and the body stroke thickness.
It might seem weird, but there are very few ponies with eyeshadow, and Derpy is none of them, and her eyelashes should be rounded instead of tapered.
Her style is pretty similar to Dashie's, if that helps.
